On arriving at Jammu railway station/airport, meet our IHPL representative, who will help you take a transfer to Katra. After you reach Katra, check in to the hotel and relax for a while in your pre-assisted room. Later, you will have your delicious breakfast and slide into your bed for an overnight stay in Katra.
This morning, you begin with your trek to the holy shrine, Vaishno Devi. The distance from Katra to Bhawan is 13 km, and the way to reach there is steep. Options like helicopters, ponies, and palanquins are also available to reach the Bhawan. On reaching the Vaishno Devi Bhawan, seek the blessings of Maa Vaishno, who is present in the form of pindis inside the holy cave. After that, head back to Katra and start trekking. When you reach Katra late at night, get back to the hotel and have a comfortable stay at night.
Today, you leave for your next destination, Patnitop from Katra. It will take a three-hour drive to reach Patnitop. On reaching Patnitop, check in to the hotel and experience the enthralling beauty of the place for the rest of the day. Enjoy some time close to nature in this alluring destination. Later, have your dinner and enjoy a comfortable stay at night in the hotel.
After you have your yummy breakfast in the morning, transfer to the railway station/ airport and continue your onward journey.
The best time to see Snowfall is from December to February.

Mata Vaishnodevi temple is located in Katra, This holy shrine is tucked into a beautiful, ancient cave high up on the sacred Trikuta Mountain. Throughout the year devotees coming there to do the worship of Goddess Mata Vaishnodevi . But , it’s become more crowded during NAVRATRIS.
You can get multicuisine option in the hotel restaurants. Tourists must try to have Kachaloo Chaat, Kaladi Kulcha , Khatta Meat, Dum Aloo, Kashmiri iPulao, Rogan Josh, Nadru Yakhni, Paneer Chaman, Matschgand, Gushtaba etc.
The best things to buy in Kashmir are Wooden Curved products, Poshmina Shawls, Handicrafts, antique copperware, Carpets, Shafrons, Dry foods etc.
You can enjoy the adventure activities like River Rafting, Paragliding, Golf, Skiing and Snowboarding, Gondala ride, Mountain biking etc. Trekking is done in high altitudes of Kashmir region.
