Itinerary
Our tour representative will meet you at the airport and pick you up. You will have an assisted transfer to the pre-booked hotel in Leh. Complete the check in formalities at the hotel and unwind. The rest of the day is for acclimation. It is advisable to stay hydrated, have healthy food, and rest properly. It is important to get acclimatized at high altitude.
In the evening, you can explore the market and local places on your own. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and have a sound sleep in your hotel.
On the 2nd day of the Leh tour, wake up to a delicious breakfast and proceed on the local excursion. You will cover some popular tourist attractions of Leh including Magnetic Hill, the Hall of Fame Museum, and the Confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Also, you will visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, which is one of the revered sites in Leh.
After the exploration, return to the hotel. If time and energy permit, you can visit the local market and go shopping. Savor a delectable dinner at the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Wake up to a hearty meal and then check out from the hotel to proceed towards Nubra Valley. You will leave by road for Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, one of the highest mountain passes in the world. On arrival in Nubra Valley, you will visit Diskit Monastery, one of the most famous and oldest monasteries in Ladakh.
Afterward, you will proceed to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities. Later, you will visit Hunder Sand Dunes and enjoy a camel ride on a double-humped Bactrian Camel. After enjoyment, return to the hotel and have dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel in Nubra Valley.
Wake up early in the morning and have a delectable breakfast. Then, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Pangong Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in India. This high-altitude alpine lake is home to numerous species of exotic birds. You will cross Changla Pass en route and reach Pangong Lake.
Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and soak in the scenic beauty of the breathtaking environs. Then, head towards Leh via Shyok River. This is the last day of the Leh tour. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast and then check out from the hotel. You will have an assisted transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport to catch a flight for your onward journey.
